Protection options and deductibles explained

All rentals include full insurance coverage for both residents and international tourists. We offer Basic (standard coverage with deductible) and Premium (reduced deductible + extra protection) packages.
Basic includes standard third-party liability and theft protection with a deductible. Premium offers the same coverage but with a significantly reduced deductible and additional protections like windscreen and tire coverage.
Deductible varies by vehicle category and insurance package. Basic packages typically have deductibles between €500-€1000, while Premium packages reduce this to €200-€300. Exact amounts are confirmed during booking.
Standard insurance covers Morocco only. If you plan to travel to neighboring countries, inform us during booking—special arrangements and additional coverage may be required and are subject to approval.
Common exclusions include: off-road driving, intentional damage, driving under influence, unauthorized drivers, and use for illegal activities. Full exclusions are detailed in your rental contract.

Yes, a security deposit is required at pickup. The amount depends on vehicle category and insurance package (typically €200-€800). It's fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
For cash deposits, the refund is immediate upon vehicle return inspection. For credit card holds, the authorization is released within 3-7 business days (processing time depends on your bank).

What you need to rent (tourists & residents)

International tourists need: valid passport, driver's license from your home country (held for at least 1 year), and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if your license isn't in Roman alphabet. Credit card for deposit is also required.
An IDP is recommended for all international drivers and required if your license isn't in Roman alphabet (e.g., Arabic, Chinese, Japanese licenses). EU and North American licenses are generally accepted with IDP as a precaution.
Moroccan residents need: valid national ID card (CIN), Moroccan driver's license, and proof of address. A credit card or cash deposit is also required at pickup.

Age limits, fuel policy, mileage, and terms

We operate a full-to-full fuel policy. You'll receive the car with a full tank and should return it full. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge plus service fee will apply.
Most rentals include unlimited mileage. For certain long-term or one-way rentals, mileage limits may apply—this will be clearly stated in your rental agreement.
No, all our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A deep cleaning fee (€100-€200) will be charged if smoking is detected in the vehicle.
Pets are allowed with prior approval. Please inform us during booking so we can prepare the vehicle appropriately. A cleaning fee may apply. Pets must be transported in appropriate carriers.
